LYNNE RENAUD, REALTOR,

Lynne is committed to a long range vision of providing professional real estate services with a multi-level program to develop her customers into long term real estate clients.  “I want to be the first REALTOR thought of when a client needs to buy or sell their next home, commercial enterprise, or high fenced game ranch”.  Lynne prides herself on working with first time homebuyers, as well as resale clients with the desire to expand or downsize their current living spaces.

A native of Texas, Lynne has loved the Hill Country since her years in San Marcos for school.  A goal has always been to return to this wonderful area of Texas, and Fredericksburg was calling her name.

Real Estate was a natural fit for Lynne.  With the focus of negotiation, reason, and clarity of vision, Lynne worked full time to build a business for herself.

When not working with clients, Lynne loves travel and tries to see as much of our country as possible.  Then there is a grandson…..most precious, ever!

Fredericksburg is home to Century 21 Sunset, Realtors and very near the center of Texas.  While the area around Fredericksburg, Texas consists of beautiful and quiet country sides and small town ambience, we are a 1 ½ hours’ drive from many of Texas' favorite larger cities, such as Austin and San Antonio.

If you are searching for a place to call home, a hunting ranch, or just that special hide-away in the Hill Country, Lynne would love to talk with you. Look through all the area listings provided on this site and give Lynne a call or email.

She looks forward to visiting with you and taking care of your real estate needs.

Thinking of another area?  Lynne has a network of wonderful Realtors throughout America.

Why Lynne?

  • Full-time Real Estate Professional
  • Native Texan
  • Expertise in New Construction, Ranches,  large and smaller acreage properties, neighborhood specialist, B&B's  and 2nd homes.
  • Member local, state and National Boards of Realtors.

I serve the entire Texas Hill Country.

My promise to you:

•I won’t ever sugarcoat what is (or isn’t) happening in the local market.

•I will try to be a great resource for local area knowledge.

•I will continue to *always* put my client’s needs first, even if it is to the detriment of my own bottom line.

•I will never give you advice on selling or buying without first listening to what your needs, hopes, and dreams are.

•I will stay in communication with you after you purchase your home, both as a resource for contractors/painters/repairmen/etc. but also for continued information on the real estate market.

•I will never tell you “it’s a good time to buy” unless I know for a fact it matches with your personal situation.

•I will also never tell you “it’s a good time to sell” unless I know for a fact that it makes sense for your personal situation.

•I will take your phone calls, answer your emails, and always keep you in the loop when we are working towards a sale or purchase.

•I will continue to attend conferences to stay on top of legislative changes that affect homeowners and the real estate market.

•When you ask me “how’s the market?” I will give you an honest answer, and the hard data to back it up.

Most important to me at the end of the day is whether I helped my clients accomplish what they set out to do. Were they happy with the outcome, and did I do everything in my power to help them get there? I know not every Realtor uses that as their guiding principle, but they should. If you decide to do business with me, that’s what you will get. I promise.
